On November 26, 2022, we had the pleasure of co-hosting one of Poland’s largest and most spectacular winter balls for the wedding industry. The evening began with a cocktail reception, allowing guests to network and socialize, before 200 attendees sat down for a truly exceptional fine-dining experience.
Curated by Head Chef Michał Socha and his culinary team, the menu featured: Beetroot assiette – appetizer, Lobster bisque with fennel and crème fraîche – soup, Slow-braised beef cheeks – main course, Coconut, pear, and verbena dessert, specially crafted for the event
A chocolate garnish on the dessert featured a QR code, which led guests to a custom-designed contest—with a diamond necklace from Noble Place as the grand prize.

The night continued with an electrifying live performance by The Stage Fever, keeping guests dancing well into the night. The stunning winter décor was designed by Rock & Flowers, with Strefa Światła providing lighting effects. Event furniture was supplied by Gastro4Rent, and the evening was expertly hosted by Kamil Szczepanik.
